Strawberry Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

My sil Katie made this salad and it is soooo delish. An easy throw together salad.

Bag of romaine lettuce

Bag of baby spinach

1 pt. fresh strawberries sliced

1 sm. purple onion sliced

Heath english toffee bits (in chocolate chips aisle but don't get milk chocolate toffee bits just toffee bits...I am learning they are kind of hard to find)

Bottle of poppy seed dressing or make your own...

Poppy Seed Dressing:

1/2 c. mayonnaise

2 T. vinegar

1/3 c. sugar

1/4 c. whole milk

2 T. poppy seeds
